The main concern regarding resin products used outdoors is weathering discoloration caused by ultraviolet rays from the sun. Our company has successfully leveraged our unique material technology, developed over many years, to dramatically improve the weather resistance of our products. Even after 3,000 hours of exposure in accelerated weathering tests (Xenon weather meter), there is almost no discoloration observed in the test specimens. Fence panels are typically manufactured using single-layer extrusion, but we have made it possible to create products with high weather resistance while keeping costs down by thinly coating the substrate with this ultra-weather-resistant resin through a two-layer molding process.
